Is there a huge difference between the normal EVGA gtx 670 and the FTW version or is it just an overclocked version? And does it have difference in physical property (exclusing design) And if there isn't any physical difference can i overclock the normal gtx 670 to be the same performance as the FTW version without any temperature difference?
thanks in advance

The reference cards, generally, can be OC'd to match enhanced versions, however, the GPU OEMs only warranty the cards for their native settings.

I have OC'd a GTX 470 (actually two in SLI) for the past two years and there have been no problems. Nvidia builds (figurative) tanks that beg for OC'ing.

If there is a significant price difference I'd buy the reference version and OC it.

Alright im going with the FTW version, i dont think 35 euros is that much after all, i dont wanna lose a warranty of a 300 euro GPU just because i couldn't add another 35 for factory-clocked better performance :)

good choose because the ftw version is very different. It has the 680 stock cooler and pcb. So you can even overclock it further than it already comes with.
