Craigslist System for sale. Worth haggling?

Found this build on Craig s List, thinking about purchasing. You guys think its worth haggling down to $850 or so?

Nothing there that you can't build yourself, with newer parts, cheaper.

What motherboard is it? What PSU?

Way overpriced for an outdated CPU and video card. Even an FX-6300 and Radeon 7850 isn't worth $1200. I'd say it's a rip off.

1) Regardless of what the DxDiag states, I don't think that's actually an HD6800 series graphics card (no cooling shroud).
2) No mention of what power supply is installed.
3) Purchased from CyberPowerPC, you can configure the same system for ~ $1000 new (and that seems high to me). His extra expense seems to come from his add-ons which mean squat to me.

In all, $700 seems a generous offer for this system. Rather than insult the seller, just pass on it.
