I wouldnt necessarily agree with a local store being cheaper -- Unless you live near a Fry's, all small PC shops mark up their products. The one near me is usually 15-20% higher than what you can get on newegg

it is in us.not in india.here local dealer have very good and cheap deal.

like in online hd 7770 @rs 10000,where local rs 8000 means you saved 40$ getting at local

u can find a hd 7770 for 7800Rs in market but if it is out of ur budget get a hd 7750 it does not even require a pcie connector
in ur price range no nvidia card can compare with a hd 7770 except a gtx 650 ti which is out of ur budget

and what psu do u have and ur monitor resolution

your board will support ddr5 card
now which card to buy here are options

first nvidia or ati ?? its up to you
what resolution and settings will you play game ??

if your resolution is 1080p then i think with medium settings 7770 and 650 will be choice

but if your psu is of low quality and your budget will excecd if you also buy psu and gpu

then your only option is ati 7750 which is able to play games on 1080p on a low watt psu but with the custom settings like lowering the anti aliasing and other graphics settings

i have seen alot of low budget system with i3 and 7750
but if you have a good psu then buy 7770 or 650

i will say 650 bcz its nvidia has some cool features like physx and good driver support
not saying that ati is not good my choice or my advice is 650
