Sapphire 5570 not running properly, help!

After installing my new mother board Gigabyte G41m-Combo rev2, I noticed that the graphics card performance has dramatically went down, COD black ops 2 and black ops 1 has got down hill and very laggy, This never use to happen, always run fine last time any thoughts guys on what the problem is, thanks my specs

Motherboard: Gigabyte G41m-Combo rev2
video card: SApphire radeon 5570
Processor: Intel Quadcore q8200 2.33 GHZ
PSU: Corsair tx850 w[strike][/strike]att
128gb hard drive

PS: I installed the mother board 2 weeks ago

I had an ECS G41T-M REV 2 before this, and yes i installed a fresh windows 7 installed.

I haven't installed a new mother driver And I will do that now, And the video card drivers all up to date, I used AMD driver auto detect for that.

PS EDIT: I apparently installed all motherboard drivers, and they are up to date.
