The title pretty much says it all. I have heard that they will be at least $10 more than their 3rd gen counterparts. But I want to know what the cheapest one might be.
Also. Is it worth it to wait for them or not. They have little performance boost, use a new socket (so you'll need to buy a whole new motherboard), and use less power. But that doesn't really matter for gaming.

To some it up:
1: how much will they be?
2: is it worth the wait?

At the moment I am using the amd fx 6300. I was thinking of upgrading it to the i5 3570k, but I was wondering if I should wait. Thank you for such a quick reply :D

If I remember correctcly, the FX 6300 performs just below Sandy Bridge chips, so I would say wait and go with Haswell...either one will be a good upgrade, but since the price is only $20-$50 more, I think Haswell is the better buy for both of our situations.
