can this pc run far cry 3 and bf3 on max settings with 60+ fps

What resolution you gaming at? I don't know about bf3...but far cry 3 is demanding (and not exactly optimized). I have 2 gtx 680's and I couldn't max things the way I wanted (of course I am an anti-aliasing nut) I ended up dialing a few things down a tick, but I am gaming at 1440p.
Regardless, you have a good setup selected there. You should get great performance out of it.

i have a 7870 xt and i run far cry 3 at 55 FPS average on ultra without msaa.
with msaa 4x i got around 35-40 FPS
the 7870 xt is just as good as a 7950 except if you overclock it, so if you wont overclock it than go for the 7870 xt
