im trying to connect 2 front panels to my motherboard. akasa card reader/usb and a aerocool touch 2100. both panels have usb3 male connectors and the motherboard 1 female. does anyone make a 20 pin male to 2x 20 pin female adaptor. ive seen 20 pin to 4 usb adaptor. which is basically what im trying to do but without chopping wires about. any help or info would really help thanks..

USB3 is a 9 pin cable, where USB 1 & 2 were a 4 pin cable. So the 20pin to 4x usb was Either 1.0 or 2.0.
A 20 pin connector gives 2 USB 3 ports, you will need an add-on card for additional USB 3 connectivity.
