Hi,

With some help from a few people I've ended up with the below Gaming setup, but I'd like to shave a few € off the costs if I can without losing much if any of the performance.

Any suggestions?

The GPU is the only thing I can't change as I'm getting this for a ridiculous price.

I haven't started looking for a Monitor yet or Keyboard & Mouse, any suggestions on these would also be great.

Hi Monkey,

Thanks for the suggestions.

Do you think its worth it saving €16 to switch from the Water Cooler to the Air Cooler you suggested?
I could save €14 by dropping from a 750 to a 650 and possibly another €14 to go down to 550, again worth it?

you wanted a few euros, that's 44 which is 5% of the price, maybe 7%, thats a GPU upgrade, therefore worth it (not that you want to do that, although waiting till may might be great idea) none of those components are adding value beyond their cheaper options so why pay for it, just make sure you pick a good PSU.

Hi,

I'm in Ireland but that won't make a difference as I'm getting all of the items through suppliers in the UK + Ireland that I deal with that, are doing me good deals on.
The current set up is costing €864.

Dabs.ie is one I was checking out to start me off.

Seems I stick to 1 or 2 games for a long time I'm gonna drop the SSD down from 256gb to 128gb and save 10%.
Gonna leave the PSU as I'll only save 1.5% and it'll leave me room to add another GPU further down the line.

Thanks for the advice so far guys.
