Should I downgrade from windows 8 pro to 7

I have a gaming pc that was custom built by a friend. It has windows 8 pro and I have just about had enough with windows 8. I have used the start menu download etc but I do prefer windows 7. Is it easy to install windows 7 from a cd. If so do I need to install drivers etc again? I would prefer to get windows 7!

I would assume you would need to re install drivers as you will be getting a new registry. But programs and files can be copied over by numerous methods

However, i had Windows 7, and bought Windows 8 and i have to say i don't see why everybody hates it. The majority of people who hate it have probably never used it, but at least you have.
