Thats my entire build with keyboard, monitor, mouse and everything.

I need to try and keep the build under $1000, but i've heard some people tell me that the motherboard i'm getting will limit my system. They say it will limit my GPU options, no OC availible and no crossfire or sli. I really don't mind that, but I do mind if my GPU and CPU options are limited.

In the future, I need to be able to upgrade my CPU and GPU to better ones, but don't plan on OC or running two graphics cards. Will my MOBO prevent me from upgrading to a 7970 or an i7 processor in the future? I understand it needs to be lga 1115 but still.

Also, people also say matx limits my airflow. Is this true?

If this motherboard isn't good, what mobo do you guys suggest that won't break the bank because like I said my build needs to be under $1000.

Only 7970? Why can't i upgrade to 8000 series in the future?

This is my FIRST EVER pc build. It hasn't been easy selecting all the perfect components. One guys says my parts r ok then another guy says something (mobo, psu, gpu, cpu, whatever) is too slow or bad.

So you're saying basically I can upgrade to whatever the heck GPU I want (even gtx titan?) as long as my PSU can handle it? I have a 620w psu so I would assume that is enough otherwise I can go 700w.

As for CPU, I see what you mean by maybe not the new intel processors since my motherboard is lga 1115, but couldn't I upgrade to a powerful i7 that has a 1115 socket?

How exactly will this MOBO i selected limit my options? It says it supports crossfire and IDK about overclocking so these two are out? Again, I don't mind much about these things it would just be nice to have them.

You can but who know after 3yr or 5yr you can find the LGA1155 i7 in the market, maybe you can but you have to pay the high price because if intel don't make them anymore.

But if you use the PC for game then i5 is more than enough for more game. And don't worry about for 3 or 5yr in the future, you maybe need the whole new PC for that time.
