bios updates and whether my PC has any problems

Hello there im pretty much trying to figure out how to update my bios as this stuff isn't my strongest area.

ATM i have no idea which to download or how to do it? or whether it runs like a typical installer.

Also i can't remember to do those dxdiag things lol yeah im no wizkid lol

yeah its a pre-bulit. um not to sound dumb but how would i find that out?

im pretty sure this is my pc Freshtech Galaxy 3 AMD FX Quad Core 4.2Ghz DDR3 1tb Drive. Motherboard is A 78LMTUSB3 (gigabyte)

Yes, that's it.

Go here: http://www.gigabyte.com/products/product-page.aspx?pid=3833#bios

Download the F4 version (I don't trust bios betas personally), by clicking the area you are in. Run the program it downloads, which will extract 3 files to wherever you choose. Run the one that is called "FLASHSPI" and follow the instructions.

But the thing is, you really shouldn't update the bios if there is no reason to. Why do you want to update the bios?
