How about this 460w from cooler master? - http://www.coolermaster.co.nz/product.php?product_id=3686

EDIT: been reading this review on it - http://www.hardwaresecrets.com/article/Cooler-Master-eXtreme-Power-Plus-460-W-RS-460-PMSR-A3-Power-Supply-Review/550/10

It looks like it can power 430W, would this be enough to safely run my system?

The official power requirement is 450W - http://www.geforce.com/hardware/desktop-gpus/geforce-gtx-460/specifications - and i know that they over estimate so i presume it will run fine on 430W

Avoid CM. They're just not good, and as the reviews you've found indicate, the company is dishonest, and therefor does not deserve your business. Any of the brands that Anort3 listed would be good. You may also add FSP and LEPA (a cobrand of Enermax) to his list.

^ This. Or even the 450w version would be plenty of power for your listed system.
