So im going to be doing a bit of streaming, recording and gaming at high-max
graphics at 1080p and i was wondering if this setup could handle it.

Case: Corsair Carbide Series 400R (http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E168...)

Storage: Western Digital WD Black 1tb 7200rpm (http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E168...)

PSU: CORSAIR Enthusiast Series TX650 (http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E168...)

RAM: G.SKILL Ripjaws X Series 8GB (2 x 4GB) 1600 (http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E168...)

MotherBoard: MSI Z77A-G45 LGA 1155 (http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E168...)

CPU: Intel Core i5-3570K (http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E168...)

Cpu Cooler: CORSAIR Hydro Series H100i Water Cooler (http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E168...)

Graphics card: GIGABYTE Radeon HD 7970 3GB (http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E168...)

OS: Windows 7 home premium 64 bit (http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E168...)

If you're willing to spend that much on a case, I would actually go with an NZXT Phantom 410 instead. It beat the 400R quite handily when Tom's compared them: http://www.tomshardware.com/reviews/solo-ii-400r-buc-ravager-seiran,3274-10.html
I'd also advise either switching your cooling to either a Noctua DH14 or an NZXT Kraken x60, both of which somewhat outperform it (although there is some debate).

I agree with Noob12, please go for a cheaper hdd and add an ssd for your boot drive and programs.

I like this one: http://www.amazon.com/Samsung-Series-120GB-internal-MZ-7TD120BW/dp/B009NHAF06

I know it drops under 100 as i paid 93 for it from bh photo&video. It seems to be the best price/capacity at the moment. Also, of all the crappy pcs i have, SSD drive makes the biggest difference. I have old amd 7750 system that runs way faster (booting and programs starting) than anything new and on a hard drive.

I think everything else you have there is very fancy. 7970 should have no probs at 1080p or, lol, even higher... but i seriously think that if you will cripple its performance if you run it all off of a slow hdd.

Good luck getting it together!

I must admit, I really disagree with you there. I tend to prioritize SSDs last in my builds. To each his own, however. That said, if he does go with an SSD, I must agree about the 840 Pro series. Excellent quality.

I never said he'll squeeze out an ssd from the black > blue downgrade but he's listed all high-end components without an ssd...

just trying to emphasize how important that would be for making the system feel fast. well worth 60-100$ on a 1000$+ build...

Fair enough. I admit that I jumped on an opportunity for a snarky one-liner a bit too eagerly. That said, I'm still not sold on downgrading for an SSD. However, if he can fit everything he needs, Noob12's suggestion of going pure SSD initially seems quite viable. OP might also be able to flex his budget to get a cheap HDD.

Given his budget, I'd say that he can spare the money to get a more powerful cooler, such as the DH14 I recommended. Just because something is most efficient doesn't necessarily make it most useful.
Same with case. Sometimes $20 more of case can buy 5C of cooling.
And for PSU... more of a personal thing, I think. Some of us like to have a large gap between our stock draw and our PSU maximum.
My point is that not everything needs to be optimized to the lowest possible cost, but rather the most effective and efficient possible part for the budget and build.
