swifty_morgan :
list hardware................ is this a laptop?
Exactly.
If it's a laptop there's nothing you can do. If it's a desktop, please attempt to find the following (CPU-Z can help
http://www.cpuid.com/softwares/cpu-z.html :
1) Windows version (i.e. Windows XP 32-bit, or Windows 7 64-bit).
2) RAM (main memory) amount
3) Motherboard model
4) Power Supply model
5) Graphics Card
6) Game or Games you wish to play.
7) MEASURE where the graphics card would go inside your PC (distance from where it screws in to other end such as hard drive mount), assuming your motherboard does have a proper PCIe x8 or x16 slot available. It would probably be 10" to 12" roughly.
If your system isn't too old you may be able to upgrade the graphics card to an HD7770 or newer though I suspect your Power Supply would also need to be updated.
We're happy to help, but we do need the above information.
