Hy, i just buy new psu (ms 550w pro atx) and put HD 4730 in my pc now when i turn my pc on graphic fan start spinning and stop and start and stop and then is my gpu temp like 90+ and my pc shut down. I try to put new driver, i try to install speed fan buy fan spins same when i put on 10% or 50% or 100%. Where is problem psu or graphic fan?
