my pc spec:-
Intel core 2 duo 2.20
Gigabyte ga-gcm s2l
ram:-3gb
Power supply:-450watts
Which is better 2 gb hd 6670 ddr3 or 1gb hd 6670 gddr5?

It should work fine. Just make sure your bios is up to date.

The ddr question depends on the resolution you are using. Generally speaking, if you are using 720p or above, the DDR5 will be better.

it will work with bios update.get hd 6670 ddr5 one,it is way faster than ddr3 and will work fine
