Games for a LAN Party

You can network 4 pcs with this router without any more hardware. If you want more participants you should buy a switch with more ports to increase the size of your network. What kind of games do you have? What kind of games do you like? I'm old school, still play WarCraft and StarCraft. But these work best with opponents although a group can play the computer.

My net connection is damn slow. So no online multiplayer for me. :(

Also, most of my friends have good computers, so all games will work. I would like co operative campaigns, as in where all the members contribute towards mission completion.

Also, please suggest games, I can buy them cheap.

F1 2012 (or 2011 depending what you can get)
Fifa 11 (the last fifa to my knowledge with LAN)
God Mode (fun 3rd person shooter with xp and just shoot waves of endless zombies, VERY fun co-op)
As said before, left for dead 1 or 2
Borderlands 1 or 2 (i would suggest 2 as its waaaay better than 1, but they're both awesome for co-op)
cod5 zombies, or blops 1 or 2 zombies (depending what you can get)
Blur (racing game with easy lan setup)
Dead Island 1 or2 (co-op zombie game, but buggy and possibly tricky lanning, havent tried 2nd myself)
Rainbow Six Vegas 1 or 2 (again suggest 2 as its very good sequel)
That pretty much sums up what we play in LAN in terms of co-op, other than team fortress 2 or Realm of the Mad God (for online stuff, not LAN).
Hope that's a start :)
