Need help in choosing the right monitor

Hi there,
Following are my requirements for the monitor
1]IPS Panel [e-IPS,AH-IPS,etc]
2]5-7ms Response time
3]20-24inch
4]Budget upto 250$

I've shortlisted the following monitors,just tell me which shoud I prefer
1]ASUS MX239H [its not available yet]
2]AOC i2353ph
3]AOC i2367fh
4]DELL S2340L
5]HP Pavilion 23fi [xi (US version)]

I'm inclined towards AOC i2367fh, is there any reason to prefer it over HP or Dell?

AOC is a bit new and while cheap, Reviews seem to be less than favorable sometimes over them. Dell has nice monitors. The one I bought 2 years ago has barely dropped in price and that should say something to the quality. The Asus I have now is nice, I have 0 complaints about it.

Well,those AOC monitors are probably new,launched in nov-2012 I think,hence less reviews.
I liked the Dell S2340L but its contrast ratio is 8million:1 with 7ms response time.
I'm getting confused over 5ms and 7ms RTs & contrast ratios, would it make any difference?
Going to play med. graphics intensive games and watch a lot of 1080p movies.
