What to overclock to?

Just throwing out there, if you overclock it even slightly, you're going to lose battery MUCH faster and produce much more heat.
That being said, you should overclock the normal way - in small increases until you get the performance you're looking for.

Laptops usually don't allow overclocking, there are ways to do it anyway though.
One of the greatest risks by overclocking your GPU is that your whole laptop will die. The heatsink that is on the GPU can just about handle your GPU's current TDP, TDP is the heat your GPU is putting out. By overclocking the GPU then the TDP will increase, which might smoke the whole laptop as the heatsink can't handle it. You simply shouldn't overclock laptops in most cases.

As you can see there the minimum requirements for the game are MUCH higher than what the GT330M has to offer.
So OCing your GPU wont help you play this game at all.

I will agree with the other two. Overclocking a laptop is generally not a good idea. They can barely dissipate the heat as it is on stock clocks..
