None of the lights on the motherboard will turn on, but the CPU fan along with two of the case fans turn on along with the power supply. The power supply is a Thermaltake TR2 TR-600 600W ATX12V v2.3. I have no idea whats wrong, I have been unplugging things all night and testing with the power supply out of the computer.

yea if your fans are spinning up then you have power. remove everything then one by one add a component starting with the cpu then ram the your gpu. Are you getting any bios beeps? List your systems spec's.

The CPU fan is plugged into the proper header, and all my case fans spin except 1, there is a little number display light on the bottom of the motherboard called Dr. Debug that has no power. Other than that I'm pretty baffled. Im going to try taking the cpu out but I need to go buy more thermal paste first.

Are you saying that the debug codes don't light up when you turn the power on? If all goes fine, there won't be any code displayed -- as in, you'll see some codes for detection, but then if it all went well, the screen will be blank. That's normal.
