My computer recently received water damage. The Ram, PSU, HDD, CPU fan, and case were all 100% okay. The cpu and gpu were able to boot up to the bios and desktop respectively(I couldn't figure out how to get past bios on the rented board). By process of elimination I was able to find out that the motherboard broke. I replaced it with a Asus P8Z77-V mothrtboard. Everything is assembled and turns on but i get a rotation of the error leds when the computer turns on. First the Vga turns on then off, then the Cpu led turns on then off, then the DRAM led turns on and off and repeats. This happened immediately after the water damaged aswell as now. Additionally the GPU boot menu turns on and flashes on and off on one of my monitors and does not show up on the others. Both problems are shown here: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=CJhMcGOsz3Y&feature=youtu.be
I tried to hook up speakers to hear any error codes but was not able to. Any information on what is wrong or what i should do would be able to be appreciated.

EDIT: I am using an intel 2500k and a 66o ti by galaxy

I know the ram is okay as i tested it in my friends machine and it booted fine. I know my hdd is fine because i booted it in another computer and it read the files. I don't really know my cpu fan is fine but it spins so it looks fine. My cpu and gpu(as stated previously) were both used on a different motherboard and booted fine to bios and desktop respectively with my hdd and ram. I also was able to boot to desktop with the only difference being the cpu and the mobo. And my disk drive opens and closes and spins so i think its fine but thats not really relevant
