I need a budget mini itx case that will accept a decent size cpu cooler

this is a budget htpc build so keep that in mind, many mini itx cases go for $40-50 with 200w power supplies.

fm2 socket a10-5800k that im going to oc, need to be able to get either a retail "bulldozer" fan(leftover) or a cheap $20-30 cooler on there without having to pay the premium for a low profile cooler.

well if its that cheap and you want it to be good, it wont fit in your case (CM 212 Evo). So you are gonna have to get a small cooler thats doesnt cool as well. I recommend you just keep the stock fan

right now i see about 260 bucks for a decent case and a cooler. ...... unless you have a case and would like to tell us what it is.

and don't think it's easy to get something cheap that's really going to work. add into that the size of the case and your options are 90% less.
