My PC will disconnect at any random time between 9pm and 11 pm for 3 mins (gets annoying) and it's wired connected to a speed booster which gets a wireless signal from downstairs (im upstairs) and my PS3 (also connected to the booster but wirelessly) but my PS3 will stay connected all the time same with my xbox 360 and iPad

My ethernet driver is updated (Realtek RTL8139/810x Family Fast Ethernet NIC by Realtek Semiconductor Corp. Driver Date: 3/31/2008 Driver Version 6.108.331.2008 Digital Signer: Microsoft Windows Hardware Compatibility Publisher), why would it disconnect beings it's wired connected?

Make sure your router and wifi parts have newest firmware on them. The disconnect and it happens to me on an asus mb. Is when the local cable company pushes any firmware or updates in my area at night. I can see the cable modem being rebooted. If the firmware on the router is fine and it still happens try using a 3 party like tomato

I know it's not a modem/router problem cause my PS3, Xbox 360, and iPad stay connected (and my 3DS when I'm playing a game on it)
