Hi,
I'm currently running Windows 7 and I wanted to try out an evaluation copy of Windows 8 which I will install as an ISO using a USB.
Anyways, I am trying to allocate 50GB for Windows 8 ( I know you can do less but what ever lol) The problem I am running into is that my hard drive already has 3 Primary partitions.
When I had my computer repaired and formatted about two years ago these partitions were made by the repairman here are the screenshots.
I did some googling and I found out that it is possible to delete the 100MB file but if I mess up it could prevent me the computer from booting up. I was thinking about deleting the recovery folder, but what If I need it in the future? Is it possible to switch the recovery folder to a logical folder?
I have everything important backed up on an external hard drive so I am open to suggestions on how to create a 50GB primary partition for Windows 8 Dual boot.
Here are some screenshots
