read some reviews online of mayhem's aurora cooling agent and alot of people have said its practically not that good its for water coolers that mainly want their systems to look good but if its as bad as everyone makes it out to be why is it on the market?? So will it be alright for the water blocks and radiator or should i look at different coolant? looking to implement a water cooling setup for the aesthetics over fans and to have a quieter system not for overclocking atm. Also would the coolant be worse for your system if you did overclock at some point?

Says it right on Mayhems wiki page.
Aurora is "NOT" made for use in a home system. It has been developed for show System's (modding) and Photo work. If looking for a fluid for a Home system / Gaming system please use Mayhems X1 or Mayhems Pastel range of fluids there are fully tested and working in any kind of loop.

Basically, only use it if the loop is on temporary display, it is not intended for proper usage.

Mayhems Aurora is a dye as well, you add it to another coolant for the effect.
I suggest you go for Distilled water, and if you want colour, do it through tubing and lighting effects.
