graphic card problem

hai... can u help me plisss... before this i use this graphic card on my pc everything is ok but when i install again driver of graphic card, after reboot i cannot open my pc anymore... the sound tut tut tut is out from computer... but when i remove the graphic card i can open my pc back.... can i know this is reason my graphic card is already broke???

i use graphic card x1650 pro... ok first ly i put my graphic card on my pc intel.. then i install the driver.... after that i can use it untill i play a game assasin creed.... i install others driver... so after finish the installation i need to reboot my computer... i reboot my computer.... after a long time waiting i saw my pc cannot been open anymore... so i plug of my pc and check it.... nothing wrong with my graphic card... i try to reopen back.. the sound tut tut tut is hearing.... so i turn off the pc... then i try to remove my graphic card, when i remove the pc can open, no more sound tut tut tut is hearing..... can i know this is problem from my graphic card ati x1650 pro?????

full component spec... emmm i not very know.... but before that i can use that graphic card...... until i try to double install the driver..... emmmmm can u all help me.....
