Recently my girlfriends laptop has stopped working so I've removed the HDD and plugged it into my rig to get all her files off, my computer is recognizing it but I can't copy all the files off, and they all have no proper names (just jumbles of letters and numbers) and I can't copy paste all the files only 11gb's worth out of about 200gb's
I tried to back it up using windows back service but I can only back it can only back up to that HDD and not my main one,
Any help is appreciated! #
