Internet crashes while downloading something fast

Whenever im downloading something either on Steam or a torrent etc. Once the download goes to fast my internet will crash. I can usually get up to 3Mb/s and then it will start crashing. If i use Net Limiter and limit it at 1Mb/s , it will still crash, but it wont crash for a while. My router is a NETGEAR WGR614 v7, relatively new. This is my SpeedTest

We have had them out here several times and every time we tell them the problem they just give us a new router and modem. It never fixes the problem, that's why i think its my end

Well first off there up to date, and it crashes the entire internet on every computer in my house, so i don't think its a NIC problem.

It sure sounds like it is your ISP's problem. Try connecting your computer directly to the modem, and if it still happens, it is either the modem or their network. You could try a different brand of modem.
