Worse with the driver..

Hi.

I had an issue, the monitor was flicking when ex. I was scrolling or at the Windows welcome screen. Today I deleted the driver, and everything was alright. But some games runs slower or not run without the driver, so I reinstalled it. The screen again flicking, and it's very irritating. What can I do? :??:

VGA: ATI HD5670
Driver: The latest ATI Catalyst (13.4?)

Try to clean the video card, the heatsink on it might be very dirty/clogged and it is overheating. Without the driver, nothing accelerated will run (videos, games, windows Aero interface, etc).

If that doesn't work (cleaning the card), your GPU might be dying, and it is time for a different one.
