new desktop hanging/slow speed

Hi.... i just make new pc intel i3 3220/asus p8b75 m lx board/kingston-kvr1333d3n9/4g-sp ram/coolermaster-thunder500w supply/deepcool iceedge 400xt cpu cooler/3no.120mm cabinet fan,in antec one case,using window 7 ultimate 64 bit sp1 facing slow speed and hanging problem.... pl HELP & GUIDE

Monitor Refresh rate?
If that is put down you will experience lag on desktop and apps etc.
Right click on desktop. Press screen resolution. Click the advanced settings tab. It will bring up a window. Click on the Monitor tab along the top. It should say Refresh rate with a drop down menu which you can change your Monitor Hz.

Maybe it's insufficient RAM you have. Also, make sure your CPU is not going at 100% load, because that will slow down your PC since your CPU will then slow down other apps to make room for more apps to run. Maybe it's your OS. I faced the same problem once before, the CPU keeps going @ 100% load the second I boot it up, then it hangs up. I fixed it by reinstalling the OS. I hope this helps.
