I use a Cooler Master Hyper 212 Evo. Temps never go above 55 c at full load during summer, I live in Puerto Rico, it get's very hot here.

Hi I have the same cpu and mobo you got. You can get to 4.3 without tweaking any voltage. Everything is different once you go above 4.3. I'm currently on 4.4 ghz.

Sure thing.

i5-3570k @ 4.4ghz +0.005 offset and +0.004 turbo voltage. It kinda gets stable @ 1.288 volts. Kinda high, below that I get bsod and WHEA logger. I guess I didn't won the silicon lottery.

Asrock pro3 z77 rev 1.9
windows 8 pro 64 bit
G.skill Ripjaws x 2x4gb 1600mhz
Antec HCG-620m 620w 80 plus bronze
1tb seagate barracuda
128gb vertex 4 ocz
Asus HD 7850 2gb oc'd 980/4840 @ 1085volts

I'm still playing around with it though.

At full load with prime95, my temps stays around 70C to 80~ish C.
Kinda high for temps since my ambient temperature here is 30~ish C. hottest is 36C and it's a room temp. Summer here in ASIA.

I'm using hyper 612 pwm cooler master as my cpu cooler. It's fat but theoretically, I believe that copper based cooler are always better than none copper.

So this is my stress test before O.C and its 70-80 degrees in my room also Im using Prime95 and thats after like 5 min: http://gyazo.com/b5cac57dab8ce81f6ad99dccdc02b919

That's quite nice for me since you are using h60.
Try to stress test and clock your cpu at 4.2ghz. See how the temps goes.
To that, just go to your bios. Change your cpu ratio multiplier to 42 then leave everything as is. It's under OC tweaker. Make sure to disable C3 c6 and package c under cpu advance configuration. then disable spread spectrum. then set the following up
Core Current Limit: Max
Long Duration Power Limit: Max
Long Duration Maintained: Auto
Short Duration Power Limit: Max
Primary Plane Current Limit: Max
Secondary Plane Current Limit: Max

if it gets too hot or it reaches 90c. Try to reseat your cpu cooler.

I retested mine and I think there's something wrong with your cooler. I sense or somehow feel that it is really not properly seated or too much thermal paste?
