How do i block a network connection?

someone of my neighbours have an open network connection,and everytime i turn on my computer it automaticlly connect to that network and not my own.
And then i have to disconnect,write in my network password every time...
I have tried to click on properties and uncheck the connect automaticlly thing but it connects anyway >.<

Try changing your WLAN priority. Click on the wireless icon on the bottom left corner. Click Open Network and Sharing Center. Then Manage Wireless Networks on left panel. Move your network to be the first one (right click).

After that, try to re-select your network to be connected automatically and un-select your neighbor's. Test by restarting your computer.
