I have a Windows Vista 32bit and I am wondering about getting a windows 7 64bit . Is the Windows 7 better and what are the requirements of it. I am planning to get 4gb of ram, Athlon ii x4 640 processor, ATI Radeon hd 7770. I already am getting a new psu and motherboard. My computer by the way is a M420 Veriton by Acer. Also, can someone give me a link to see how to transfer my harddrive from my old mobo to my new one. Thanks

Yes; Windows 7 is better than Vista. What you listed can run Windows 7 fine. As for transferring your HDD, you can just unhook it from the PSU and motherboard, move it to your new case and re-hook it up.
