Hi,
I would like to know if this card will run in my PC.

Sapphire Radeon 6570 2Gb:
http://www.sapphiretech.com/presentation/product/product_index.aspx?leg=&psn=0001&pid=1176&lid=1

My PC has:
CPU: AMD Athlon64 x2 4000+ @2.1Ghz
GPU: GeForce 6150LE (onboard)
RAM: 1Gb DDRII 667Mhz (plan on upgrading to 4Gb DDRII 800Mhz)
HDD: 80Gb SATA (plan on upgrading to larger HDD too)
PSU: Dell 280w

From what I have read the Radeon 6570 draws 44W power at peak, but according to Dell's OptiPlex 740 specification PDF, the DT(which I have) and SFF variant's PCI-e x16 slot is only supplied with 25W. Does this mean that the card won't work, or will it downclock itself to adapt?

Thanks in advance :)

P.S. According to Dell's site, a Radeon 7570 will run in a this PC: http://accessories.us.dell.com/sna/productdetail.aspx?c=us&l=en&s=dhs&cs=19&sku=321-0113

In the compatibility list it says OptiPlex 740 DT.
