Hey everyone,

I plan on building a computer and I was wondering if I really need that big full tower ATX case or if I could make due with the mid tower the two main cases I'm looking at are the CM Storm Trooper and the Corsair Cardbide 500R; I really like the Silverstone Raven RV01 but $250 is too expensive for that case in my opinion. The parts I plan on using in it:

Intel Haswell processor (when it is released)

LGA 1150 (Haswell) motherboard (standard ATX size, I don't really see a point in e-ATX, if someone would like to explain the benefits of one, feel free to)

8GB or 16GB dual channel Corsair Vengeance LP (LP for possibly large aftermarket CPU cooler)

GTX 670 or a GTX 700 series card when they are released (most likely SLI in the future)

1TB Western Digital Caviar Blue

Possibly a SSD for the operating system

-Thanks in advance

EDIT: The PSU is a Corsair HX750 Modular 80PLUS Gold

The 500R is fine you do not need a full tower case.A full tower case is the largest and is able to hold the greatest number of components, but has the largest footprint. Full sized cases are designed for gamers/enthusiasts or other high-end computer professionals who want peak performance and cooling from their machines. Most users, including some gamers, will not need the extra space this class of case provides.
