I have a nvidia geforce GTX 650 OC that i got about a month ago, and it worked completely fine up until now. I was playing Black Ops 2 and then the screen cut out and went black. I didnt know what to do so I crashed my computer and started it up again. Except when i started all I got was a black screen and nothing else, no matter how many times Ive tried I cant get it to work. When I use my onboard graphics everything works fine. Can anyone tell me what happend to it? also i have an Enermax NAXN 450w PSU.

I suppose I could but I don't see how that could help because it does not boot into windows at all, and since you dont need a driver to boot I don't see how it would help

Also I am wondering if It may have been the power supply or it got fried or something. Or could it just be a faulty GPU, because I do have a warranty on it and can get it replaced.

Take the card out and move it into a different PCI-e slot and if that doesn't work have the card replaced.

There are many other things you can try but nobody will know whether you have the necessary items to test. Try a different power supply, another card in the same slot, etc.

If you're everyday "Joe computer owner" you usually don't have these things sitting around. You can go buy them and test but then you would be returning a lot of things if those didn't solve the issue.

As you can boot your machine with the onboard graphics, then your motherboard and PSU might be OK -- your PSU is of a good quality, but you still can test it http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=5FWXgQSokF4

What you could do is to open a RMA process within your graphic card manufacturer reporting what is going on -- they may ask you to do it and that -- just follow the instruction -- they should be able to tell you if you have to return the card.
