I might replace the stock CM fan with a Noctua fan (or even 2 fans if it requires) if it will provide better performance/less noise.

still, if im gonna spend more on fans anyway, should i just get another better cooler like the Noctua NH-D14 / NH-C14 or something?

Thanks in Advance :)

I have my 3570k at 4.5 on a hyper 212+ with cheap aftermarket fans that push some air. It's loud, but my temps stay below 65c. I'm at 1.15v I think, I don't remember right off...

The stock EVO is usually enough to get 4.4-4.5 from i5-3570K but it does depend on the particular CPU

It'll all depend on your CPU.
Don't just leap to 4.4GHz, cause your chip might just die. Just up the multiplier 1 or 2 at a time keep the voltages as low as possible.
