I have the cash to spend but I'm still wondering if Titan is worth the money after having read the reviews and benchmarks. I'm coming off a gtx 680 and don't know if I should wait for something else to come down the line. If I do get it, it probably won't be installed until I get a i5 4770k when it comes out. I know this is a subjective question, but any help would be appreciated.

There's only a limited number of ways you can look at Titan and think it is worth it.

It's not the fastest card: the 690 and 7990 are faster
It's not the fastest card for the money. 690 and 7990 are cheaper.
It's not the fastest consumer GPU compute card. 7970 and 580 are faster.

It is, however, the fastest single GPU card.

But does that mean anything at all? SLI is so good these days that the advantages of single GPU are smaller than they were.

A second 680 would absolutely stomp on a Titan and given you already have one, can be had for less than half the additional cost.

So, no Titan is not worth it.

The main value is in having a single GPU to avoid the problems associated with dual GPU's, so whatever that is worth to you. There are plenty of review sites out there that have indicated that they do think it's worth it.

Really, though, it's not worth it at this time because the GK110-based GTX 780 is due to be released at the end of the month. You wouldn't want to by a $1000 Titan, when a very similar card could be released for much less money in just a few weeks.
