can this pc run crysis 3, far cry 3, and bf3 and at what setting and fps with aa and on 1080p

yes it will play them but definitely not crysis 3 on max with AA on high. the most demanding game you listed is crysis 3 go by that for bench marks on GPU's for a reference.

Dont think it will run everything maxed, BUT i have nearly same build with radeon 7850 OC 2GB and could run crysis 3 all very high(max) only had to turn AA to FXAA. With that setup i got decent 40-80fps avg. about 55 fps. Turning AA higher didnt eaven increase the quality so much that it would have been worth it.
