I'm currently looking into building my own computer and was wondering this. Which of these motherboards would be considered the better option when taking both cost and quality in mind?

Gigabyte GA-Z77MX-D3H
Gigabyte GA-Z77X-UD3H
Biostar TZ77A
Biostar TZ77B

Out of these listed which one would give me the most that I want?
Other hardware I'm currently planning to get and look into include this:

Intel Core i5-3570K Quad-Core Processor
MSI NVIDIA GeForce GTX 660
KENTEK 700 Watt Power Supply (unless there's one of better quality that is around the same price or at least an affordable price)
WD Brand hard drive
with the an extremely big chance of upgrades for any of these components. I just need to know which of these motherboards would provide the highest amount of compatibility with this set of hardware and beyond.

Solution
Motherboard - Gigabyte Z77X-D3H

Ever since Intel’s introduction of the Z77 chipset, motherboard giant Gigabyte has made huge leaps in in improvements on their motherboards all the way from the budget end to the extreme high end and the Z77X-D3H is a perfect example of what kind of top quality products can be achieved.

With support for PCIe 3.0, SATA 3 6Gb/s, 8 channel integrated audio, Gigabyte’s fully digital power delivery system, and ultra durable 4 features, it’s got a lot going for it.

That said, once you realize that Gigabyte only wants a mere $139.99 this makes the Z77X-D3H one of the best priced, fully featured Z77 motherboards on the market today!

:\ 20 years of building pcs sorta gives you a good feel for what's reliable. Biostart DOES have a few alright mbs... but generally they're mostly unreliable crap.

just because biostar mbs might look cool with the black and red design, doesn't mean they're any good.

If that's the case, do you know of a better power supply that's at a low price?
