So I just got my motherboard and I checked the CPU socket pins and I can't tell if one of the pins are bent. I used a jeweler magnifying glass and it seems like everything is in line, but when looked at from afar the pin stands out.
Well it seems fine but you should consider taking pictures or looking at it from the front of the pins . The color of the questioned pin seems to stick out more than the rest but that's probably do to the editing or focus on the pin and what not.

I tried getting a picture of the front of the pins, but I couldn't get a good angle. When I looked at through the magnifying glass I couldn't distinguish it from the others, but its still nagging at me. As for the color I don't know if I should settle on that because out of all the pins that is the only one that is different.
Well how did you come to notice that your pins look weird ?
I just had the thought of checking underneath the protective plastic and when I removed it that one pin caught my attention and has not left me alone since lol.
Well you can try gently placing it back into your system and seeing if it continues to work. The only way I can see it getting damaged from this point if it is removed again and mishandled.
Pin looks bent. I would return the mb and get a new one. The issue now is new egg and mb vendors going to say you bent the pin. Mb vendors don't want to swap out mb with bent pins.
