I recently bought an AMD Radeon HD 7950 3GB Boost State gpu and I am wondering if gpu usage spikes are normal while playing games. I took this screen shot right after closing BF3. I play on Ultra with everything maxed with average fps of about 55-60 most of the time but sometimes my fps just drops and hovers around the mid 30s and even lower. Is this a problem?

AMD FX-6100 (3.3GHZ 6-core)
8GB DDR3 RAM
