Still trying to choose a Mobo (Z77)

Hey guys. I am on the cusp of being able to finally start buying all the components for my build (actually have already purchased case and GPU). I am quite confident in all of the components I have selected, except the motherboard. To preface this abit, I am very much into aesthetics, and as silly as it may sound, many of my parts decisions came down to what would look the best. The components I picked, although maybe not the best for price/performance, are still quite solid (At least I believe so).

Basically, I have come down to 3 motherboard options, the MSI Z77A-G45 Gaming, the MSI Z77A-GD65 Gaming, and the Asus Sabertooth. My main question is regarding the two MSI motherboards. Im curious to know the difference between the two boards (aside from the $40 difference and being ~$20 more than their non-Gaming edition counterparts). Is it worth spending the extra on the GD65? Or would I be better off sticking with the G45? Money isn't really an issue, and this is also where the Sabertooth factors in. If I were buying purely for aesthetics the Sabertooth would be my #1 choice, but the $235 price tag is not the most ideal. I would be OK with the increase from the G45 to the GD65, and could even be talked into the Sabertooth if you guys feel the MSI motherboards aren't the greatest.

Again, these are the motherboards that I feel would work with my build and personal preferences (aesthetics). I am hoping you guys will be able to clear the air and help me pick the best board!

Also, here is my current build as a reference

Alright, well I will likely opt for the G45 then. From what I have read there doesn't seem to be much of a performance difference between the two MSI boards, and if I were upgrading I would probably just go all the way to the Sabertooth. Haven't really read anything bad about MSI, and as long as it will work with the build I am happy.
