I am horrible with computers. All the settings and stuff. I've only had this thing for a week or two, and I created an admin account with a few of the settings, you know. (I can do that much) however, it was my sisters last, and she had some documents on the default administrator account, which has magically disappeared, that she needs. Seriously, can't find it anywhere.
