I'm a newbie at this but everything seems to work fine until I try to play a game. It also restarts when I seem to have a couple things going on. CPU-z came with my mobo, and i have another thing that tells me the temps. CPU temp stays around 30*C Idle, but as I play a game it increases to just above 40*C and restarts. Under system properties, windows shows that I have 8.00gb ram (3.90 usable)...whats up with that? Also, my BIOs is not working. When I press del or F2 at start up it goes to a black blank screen and does nothing till I restart.

It may be that Your graphics card is not suitable for the games being played- it MIGHT be that, i'm not sure.

It's possible that the load of a game increases temp to an unstable level. But I doubt it. It is also possible that under load your graphics card starts drawing a lot of power, more power than your system can handle and this causes a restart.

What are you specs?? Specifically what video card and power supply are you using?
