used (setFSB) to try overclocking PC without experience, now desktop wont boot up... After i used this program to try and overclock my desktop, it froze so i had to hard boot it. when computer trird to turn on again all that i heard was the fan and then it kept on shutting off ad on by it self. The harddrive and CD-Rom open and close but i get no BIOS or anything. I attempted to reset BIOS by the jumper but it did nothing. I took RAM sticks out and left one. i took off graphic card and nothing. The pnly thing that computer does as it turns on is cranks the fans at high spped for about 5 seconds and then turns off and repeats the process over and over......

I have a Gateway GT5628
Intel core 2 quad Q6600
mobo: DG333SXG2 or something like that.. LGA775

I will try this when i get home today and give an update....... Should i leave the HDD disconnected when i boot up again?? Thanks
Unfortuanetly this didnt help. All that turns on are the fans at high rep, I feel the harddive working and the peripherals have power but the computer just keeps on restarting itself before there is even a bios screen and the power light doesnt come on anymore
