Making new account

Ok, so my mom decided that she wants a facebook account, so she can use it when I'm not at home, but I dont want to let her to see any other files that I have on my computer. Is it possible to make a new account that will only have privilege to open mozilla firefox, and not to be able to see anything on my desktop or to open other programs or see files on local disks? I tryed once but somehow I also lost privelege to open files even as admin. I have fixed that but I dont want to have that kind of problems anymore.

I'm sorry for my grammar and other mistakes, I only learn English in school, so...

Setting up your Mom with a regular (non-admin) user account will keep her from viewing your files. If you are paranoid about it, you could encrypt your files as well.

This means your Mom would log-in to Windows with her own username/password and only you (the administrator) would be able to install programs.

Really, this is pretty basic and straight forward.

Well i made a non-admin user account but she can still access to both local disks, and see all other files?! Last time i tryed clicking right click on local disk>properties->security->users-> denying everything but somehow i blocked access to local disk even to me, admin.
