Want to build a new PCM for gaming, as in flight simulator x, sims 3, rct etc...

That PSU is trash. Get one from Antec, XFX, Corsair, Seasonic.

That GPU will NOT play any games. It it meant for powerpoint presentations and youtube videos. It will not game even at lowest settings. You wan to look at a gtx650 or hd7750 to game on low/med settings.

You might want to consider upping your budget if you want to be able to play games at a decent quality.

Consider the build at the Minimum Tier. It will give you much more performance. Oh, don't forget to change the country to UK in the country picker on the upper left.
