Stuck on deciding which mother board to choose?

Ok. I feel like a total fuss bag from asking so many question's about what to buy..

These all look like great boards , I really want one for overclocking with a Noctua Nh-D14 , could someone double check if they are compatible with that cooler? I checked , but knowing me I would of probably checked the wrong motherboard.
