Hi,

This problem occurred with my previous card and now I've installed a new GTX690 it's happening again. The PC boots up fine, except there was no picture. I thought I may have a faulty DVI cable but after many resets I finally got in to the BIOS. It turns out the graphics configuration was set to 'Auto', instead of PCIE, which I changed. However, after re-starting it reverted to Auto. I've managed to change it back to PCIE but why would it reset itself in the BIOS? I'm assuming this is the cause of the problem but happy to be corrected.

I've updated the BIOS from 3402 to 3603 (I think) but nothing has changed. When I do get in and start gaming the card works fine; it's just a pain having to do five resets every time I want to fire it up.

My BIOS graphics config is:
Initiate graphic adapter = PCIe
iGPU memory = 64M (this is the default but should it be set to something different, since I don't want any integrated graphics?)
Render standby = Disabled
iGPU multi-monitor = Disabled

Thanks.

Thanks but I've checked it all and still no luck. The most frustrating thing is I can even hear Windows firing up and can log in but just can't see anything. I might have to airlift the behemoth to Yo-yo Tech for first aid but that'll cost.
